Lincoln Construction (LCi) has been building in the Puget Sound region since 1953. The Tiegs brothers Jeff and Jamie acquired the firm in 2015, bringing forth their expertise working in GC/CM and Design/Build delivery for K12 schools, municipal, and civic projects.

TYPICAL PROJECTS
Projects in the public sector comprise the majority of our work. K12 schools are a focus of our firm, and those projects range from new ground-up schools, to modernizations and additions, seismic upgrades, and minor improvements executed through Job Order Contracts (JOCs)
