Our Capabilities

Dependable General Contracting Services & Construction Management

GC/CM

The General Contractor/Construction Manager (GC/CM) delivery method allows LCi to partner with owners and design teams to contribute our builder’s perspective when it’s most impactful—during the design phase. Our input on cost, phasing, and constructability during preconstruction leads to a more successful construction phase.

Design-Build

Design-build delivery gives LCi the ability to team with a design partner to reduce risk and shorten schedules on complex projects. We use open communication, target value design, and our constructability savvy to develop a plan that delivers on the team’s shared goals.

"The EC Hughes Elementary Renovation project was unique in renovating a historic 1929 wood structure building with a 1956 concrete and masonry addition. The project had many unforeseen conditions which the LCi communicated clearly and precisely in a timely manner throughout the project. This was important to keep change order requests at a minimum and continue to facilitate the CPM schedule moving forward. LCi's team exceeded my expectations to make sure the client received a high-quality product for generations of students, teachers, and administration to learn, work, and play in. I would highly recommend Lincoln Construction Inc."

Design-Bid-Build & Lump Sum

LCi also serves the public works market through traditional design-bid-build delivery and private owners with lump sum bids. We always approach our work with a teamwork mentality and look for opportunities to improve constructability and sequencing to enhance value.

Job Order Contracting

LCi’s nimbleness and adaptability are an excellent fit for Job Order Contracting (JOC) where multiple, small projects are completed quickly for public agencies. Our work under the JOC method has fostered trusting relationships with a deep bench of accomplished subcontractor partners.
