Centennial Elementary School Modernization

Renovation of an occupied 52,000 sf existing school, to include an 8,000 sf gymnasium and attached covered playground structure. Work included demolition of all existing MEP systems and interior finishes and non load bearing walls, complete installation of new MEP systems, seismic upgrades, new roof system, and interior and exterior finishes, completed in 3 phases while occupied. Exterior work included renovation and addition of the existing parking lot and parent drop off areas, new playground and equipment, and new multipurpose playfield and baseball field
