James Judd

James has over 35 years of supervisory and management experience including work as Superintendent, Construction Manager and General Contractor in both residential and commercial sectors. James has a proven track record of bringing projects in on time and under budget, and is capable of taking on projects at any phase of construction.

James is an excellent communicator and is able to interact effectively with Owner’s, design firms, subcontractor/suppliers, and LCi personnel. He has a thorough, working knowledge of all trades, and his major strengths are in planning, problem solving, and client relations.
