John Vandervate

John joins LCi with over 38 years of experience in construction, including working with President Jeff Tiegs for eight years at a previous firm. With experience serving as both Project Manager and Estimator, John also leads LCi's business development outreach and initiatives. A LEED accredited professional with a long track record of construction management and leadership, John is experienced in a wide range of means and methods, including alternative delivery methods, renovations, educational facilities, occupied campuses, phased projects, and more.
