Tom Romberg

Tom is an experienced construction manager. He joined LCi Management in 2020, bringing over 30 years of experience in operations, estimating, staff management, and strategic planning. He specializes in complex phased projects in occupied facilities and has worked on projects in the K12, higher education, and community center/pool sectors.

Tom's expertise in construction phasing planning, budget preparation and analysis, and value-added opportunities has been instrumental in the success of both large and small projects he has provided services for.
